Who do I work with?

I work with adult individuals and couples/those navigating relationships of all kinds, and have particular interest and experience working with:

  • Trans and gender diverse adults

  • Neurodivergent adults (e.g., Autistic adults, those with ADHD)

  • Couples and those navigating romantic relationships

  • Those practicing polyamory, open relationships, and other forms of non-monogamy

Therapy Approach

I use evidence-based approaches that are tailored to the needs of each person. My approach is trauma-informed and affirming, and I have particular experience in the following therapeutic approaches:
